If you are visiting Tirana by car, follow the signs downtown (Skanderbeg Square).  Take the “G.W.Bush” street.  Continue ahead on Barrikades Street for a few meters and turn left onto “Urani Pano” street, then right onto “Bardhok Biba” street.
